On Demand DTF printing!

Riva Merch Co. takes your custom design or logo and prints it on merchandise and/or apparel. We do individual pieces and bulk orders. From single color bachelorette party shirts and hats, or durable worksite personal protective equipment to multi color AI generated promotional prints that allow you to fully express yourself.

We got you!

Durability DTF prints are fade and peel-proof, and can last longer than the fabric itself. 

Customization DTF printers can print patterns, photos, and text in many colors and fonts. 

Versatility DTF printing can be used on a variety of products, including clothing, bags, hats, and accessories. 

Eco-friendly DTF printing is partially eco-friendly because it doesn't require storing inventory.

WHY WE DO IT

It's fun! We actually enjoy this. It all started with us modifying a small printer to print whatever we wanted on our shirts. It soon became an obsession.
And we need more things to print on. No seriously, this larger printer needs to
print constantly, or it'll break.

Direct-to-film

Direct-to-film (DTF) transfer is a printing technique that uses a heat press to transfer a design from a film to a garment. DTF is a popular method
for decorating clothing and other materials.

How it works:

A design is printed on a special film using an inkjet printer. The film is made from a thick PET film and uses CMYK inks, plus white ink.

The film is applied to the garment using a heat press. The heat and pressure cause the ink to bond with the fabric.

Once the design is applied, a clear backing is peeled off the film.

What is it used for:

DTF can be used on a variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, and blends. 

It can be used to decorate hard-to-print areas like sleeves, neck labels, and logos. 

DTF can be used on garments that are traditionally difficult to decorate, such as blue, green, red, and yellow.

  • Step 2 - Review of our custom mockup

    Be ready to email us your design, the brand #, Color, & Sizes of the merch and/or apparel you want your design on; and then we'll respond with an example of your order. **You can email us now at rivamerchco@gmail.com if you're ready for a mockup.   • Step 3 - Approve your merch and apparel

    You'll pay for the order once you're satisfied with design placement of your mockup.
